Where do you ship from and to?

We ship globally from our home in Pooler, US (130 Carolina Cherry Circle, Pooler, US 31322). 📍 Important Note: Shipping to Asia and a few select remote regions is currently unavailable. If you’re unsure about your location, just email us.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We keep it simple with two surfer-friendly options:

  • 🚀 Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Flat rate of $12.95. Your gear arrives in 10-15 days after shipment. Perfect for when you need that new board for an upcoming swell.
  • 🌊 Free Shipping (EMS): FREE on all orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 days after shipment. Ideal for stocking up on apparel, accessories, or picking up a used board.
How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use it to follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Our carriers (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) will also provide updates.
