📦 Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your gear to you as efficiently as possible, so you can spend less time waiting and more time in the water.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our crew gets to work. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your order with care.

🔄 Our Return & Exchange Philosophy

We get it—sometimes a board isn’t the right fit, or gear doesn’t meet your expectations. We believe in making things right with the same transparency and respect we put into every surfboard we shape.

Our return window is 15 days from the date you receive your order. Please inspect your items promptly upon arrival.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

Most items in our shop are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Like a board shaped for a specific wave, some items are unique, personalized, or sold under special conditions that make returns impractical.

  • Used Boards – Sold as-is, reflecting their unique history and condition.
  • Custom or personalized items – Including custom surfboards or personalized wall art.
  • Surfboard Collaborations – Limited-run collaborative boards are often final sale due to their exclusive nature.
  • Clearance or final sale items – These will be clearly marked at purchase.
  • Gift cards – Non-refundable but never expire.

đź“‹ Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Crew – Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions – We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our shaping bay address (provided in the instructions). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. We Process & Notify You – Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email and proceed with your refund or exchange.

⏱️ Timing: The whole process usually takes 10–15 business days from when you ship the item back to when your refund is issued or exchange is shipped.

đź’ł Refunds: Timing & Method

Once your return is approved and processed, here’s what happens:

  • ⏰ Timing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • đź’ł Refund Method:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are issued back to the original card used for purchase.
    • PayPal: Refunds are issued to your PayPal account.
    • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases—just let us know.

📝 Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement using your preferred shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping).

Quick exchanges: If you need the replacement urgently, you can place a new order and we’ll refund the original once the return is received. Contact us to coordinate this option.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund—no hassle.
