3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3.3 Custom and Personalized Items

Custom surfboards and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective. Approval of custom designs is required before production begins.

Note on Used Boards: Used boards are sold as-is. We provide detailed descriptions and photos, but these boards have unique histories and characteristics that add to their character.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase. We accept orders when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product information.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We occasionally adjust prices and are not obligated to honor previous pricing. Sales tax will be added where applicable.

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, contact us before ordering.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

5.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

5.4 Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing may cause additional delays. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any customs duties or taxes in your country.

Shipping Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. We can only make changes before your order ships.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

6.2 Eligible Items

Most items can be returned if in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging:

  • New surfboards from Surfboards and Surfboards In Stock collections
  • T-Shirts, Hats, and Women’s apparel
  • Accessories & Gifts (non-personalized)
  • Fins & Surf Accessories
  • Surf Books and Wall Art (non-personalized)

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used Boards (sold as-is)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Surfboard Collaborations (limited-run boards)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

6.4 Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship to: Almond Surfboards Shop, 130 Carolina Cherry Circle, Pooler, US 31322
  5. We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt

6.5 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged or incorrect items. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, designs, text, images, and product designs—is owned by Almond Surfboards or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.

Community Respect: We love seeing our boards in the water! Feel free to share photos with #AlmondSurfboards, but commercial use of our brand requires permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Almond Surfboards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or weather events
  • Surfboards are sports equipment with inherent risks. Proper use and safety precautions are your responsibility
